Oil was up on Thursday for a fourth day, after the dollar dropped following a U.S. Federal Reserve decision to inject more money into U.S. economy, world's top oil consumer. At 11:20 GMT, U.S. crude for December increased at $85.66 per barrel, while ICE Brent climbed to $87.26 per barrel.

Statoil delayed its planned output increase by 2012.

Norway's Statoil decreased its 2010 oil and gas production target on Wednesday, after heavy maintenance work in the third quarter that affected its earnings and casted doubt on its plans to increase the output to 14% by 2012.

Gazprom increases daily gas production by 22%.

Oil production in Russia, hit a new record. Russia's oil production increased to 10.26 million barrels per day in October, beating the high of 10.16 million barrels per day in September.
