BP, Orsted reach deal over overlap of UK Endurance CCS, Hornsea windfarm sites

BP and Orsted have resolved a dispute over an overlapping zone in the UK North Sea between the BP-led Endurance carbon capture project and the Danish firm's planned Hornsea 4 windfarm, the companies said in a letter published by UK authorities.

Finnish wind power pipeline totals 121GW

Finland has a total of 121GW of new wind power capacity in line to be installed across the country, comprising 386 onshore wind projects and 32 offshore wind farms. But the bulk of these projects are still in the early phases of development, a report by the Finnish wind association said.

UK's SSEN to invest 10 billion pounds in electricity networks

Scottish and Southern Energy Networks (SSEN) Transmission will invest 10 billion pounds ($12.5 billion) in networks in Scotland which will enable the connection of up to 11 gigawatts of offshore wind projects, it said on Tuesday.
