Energy Market Price SA se réserve le droit de retirer son offre si pendant la durée de validité

une modification significative de l'exécution du contrat et/ou si le client s'avérait insuffisamment
solvable. On entend notamment par modification significative une fluctuation du prix du marché
de plus de 5% comme calculé sur le site internet de la bourse ENDEX.

Client Accepts The Offer
At this point, the client decides if he wants a firm offer or not. If he accepts the offer, he gets the contract by email to be signed either offline or electronically.If he doesn' take any action, the system will continue to send the automatically updated offer at the predefined frequency.
Besides that, EnergyMarketPrice's solution offers the possibility to set up automated triggers (alerts), so that every time the prospect opens an email, clicks a link, and/or sees the offer, the account manager will receive an instant notification, allowing him to act promptly for relevant follow-up with the hottest leads.
Step 5
Client Signs The Contract Electronically
When the client accepts the offer, he immediately receives an automatically generated contract in PDF format and signs it electronically or sends it via the Post Office.
