India mulls the reduction of LNG customs duty to 2.5%

India has decided to reduce the duty on LNG imports to 2.5% from 5% to encourage the use of natural gas in the country, finance minister Arun Jaitley said while presenting his federal budget for fiscal 2017-2018 Wednesday.

Chevron restarts operation at Gorgon LNG train 1 after an outage of a month
