AcegasAps, Italgas to create a gas distribution JV in northern Italy
The Italian gas distributors AcegasAps and Italgas (Snam group) inked a framework agreement today for the establishment of a joint venture to manage the gas distribution activities in the territories of Padua, Pordenone, Trieste and Gorizia, in northeastern Italy.

Wind Power JV: Siemens and Shanghai Electric
Siemens and the Shanghai Electric Group have announced a wind power joint venture. The long-awaited joint venture will include a wind turbine manufacturing company targeting global and Chinese markets. 51% of the venture is owned by Shanghai Electric and 49% by Siemens.

Vietsovpetro will continue Vietnam-Russia oil cooperation.
Vietnam and Russia will continue cooperating in geological survey and oil and gas production on Vietnam’s continental shelf within the framework of the Vietnamese-Russian oil and gas joint venture (JV) Vietsovpetro after 2010.

Gazprom and South Stream Bulgaria JV in a common project.
Gazprom, the Russian giant will collaborate with South Stream Bulgaria AD in the South Stream pipeline project. The project which will be put into operation in December 2015 and it implies a 50 % stake from Gazprom.
