Enel in negociations with Bulgarian minister – power plant sale
The largest plant in Italy, Enel, is in negotiations with a European investor, on the sale of its stake held in a thermal power plant in Bulgaria, a share that reaches 73% in plant based on coal processing, with a capacity of 908 MW. Remaining shares are owned by the Bulgarian government.

South Stream deal between Russia and Austria
Vladimir Putin, the Russian Prime Minister, will sign a pipeline transaction with the Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann, after a bilateral dialogue about the construction of South Stream gas pipeline, according to Austrian government.
