Dutch VTTI to auction LNG capacity rights in early 2023
Dutch energy and chemical storage specialist VTTI will hold an open season early next year to auction off capacity rights to a 5bcm floating LNG terminal it plans to open in the Netherlands in early 2024.

Germany wants to boost gas trading hub credit line to 20 bln euros
Germany wants to give an additional 5 billion euros' ($5.1 billion) worth of credit to the nationwide gas market trading hub to enable forward sales from gas storage facilities, according to a finance ministry document seen by Reuters.

Daily (08.11.2022): Strong LNG supply and high storage levels continue to weigh on European gas prices
After reaching more than two-month highs crude oil prices fell amid mixed signals. Chinese policymakers are considering removing the severe COVID-19 limitations on the economy, however, with no deadline established. As a result, WTI declined by 0.9% to $91.79 a barrel, while Brent crude decreased by 0.7% to end at $97.92.

Daily (01.11.2022): Energy prices lost ground on Monday due to recession worries, mild weather, high gas storage levels, low demand
Oil prices extended losses on Monday amid weak economic data from China due to widening COVID-19 curbs. Furthermore, a potential rise in US production also put pressure on prices. Thus, Brent crude decreased by 1% to close at $94.83 a barrel. At the same time, WTI crude fell by 1.6% to $86.53 a barrel.

Daily (26.10.2022): British gas prices declined on Tuesday due to full storage rate, robust supply and low demand
On Tuesday, oil prices increased slightly due to a weaker dollar and supply issues raised by Saudi Arabia's energy minister. Thus, Brent crude settled 0.3% higher at $93.52 a barrel. At the same time, WTI crude ended 0.9% higher at $85.32.
