Daily: Brent crude increases on the failure to reach Tehran's nuclear deal
Brent crude oil prices boosted more than $1 per barrel on Monday after Iran and six world powers decided to resume nuclear talks on November 20. Brent settled $1.28 per barrel higher at $106.40, after trading as high as $106.47. Meanwhile, U.S. crude settled 54 cents higher at $95.14 a barrel, after touching a high of $95.38. The contract breached the 10-day moving average of $95.26 in intraday trading for the first time in three weeks.

Daily: European power prices trade up at three-week high on EU carbon talks
Brent boosted by nearly $2 per barrel on Friday as traders covered short positions and expectations over the conclusion of an agreement in Geneva which could lessen sanctions against Iran. In early trade, Brent reached a four-month low, surging nearly by $2 per barrel to a high of $105.38. The contract settled $1.66 per barrel higher at $105.12 after trading as low as $102.98, the weakest level since early July.

RWE to lay off 2,500 jobs in Germany amid falling wholesale prices
RWE, the second largest utility in Germany, is envisaging cutting 2,500 jobs in its power generating business in Germany amid falling wholesale prices, while criticizing subsidies for renewable energy generation.
