Norway oil, gas investments rising to a record in 2012
Total investments in oil and gas sector in Norway could hit a record of NOK184.6 billion ($32.0 billion) in 2012 from NOK152.6 billion in 2011, driven by continuous high oil prices and the need to upgrade ageing infrastructure, according to Statistics Norway.

Daily- U.K. gas at 10-month low on rising supplies
U.S. and North Sea Brent crude oil futures fell on Thursday due to ongoing tensions over euro zone debt crisis. Brent crude traded at $110.24 a barrel, down 28 cents, while U.S. crude declined by 6 cents to $100.30 by 08:33 GMT.

Slovakia officially completed a gas reverse flow project
Slovakia’s gas transmission system operator Eustream announced on Wednesday that it had successfully completed a project worth more than €1 million aimed to reverse natural gas flow from the Czech Republic and Austria to Slovakia, thereby diversifying gas supply transmission routes.

China to build the largest underground gas storage in Turkey
Turkey has inked a deal with China Tianchen Engineering Corp. to construct the largest underground natural gas storage facility in the center of Turkey, with a capacity of up to one billion cubic meters.
