Daily (11.01.2023): European electricity prices fell on Tuesday amid strong renewable energy, bearish gas and carbon prices
Crude oil prices increased slightly on Tuesday as the U.S. government predicted record global petroleum consumption next year and the dollar remained near seven-month lows. Brent crude rose by 45 cents or 0.6%, to settle at $80.10 a barrel. Meanwhile, U.S. WTI crude ended 49 cents, or 0.6% higher at $75.12 per barrel.

Spain seeks to set nuclear, hydro power prices to curb profits

Daily (10.01.2023): European gas and power prices moved upwards on Monday amid colder weather forecast
Crude oil prices moved upwards on Monday as China's decision to lift COVID-19 restrictions raised hopes for a rebound in economic activity in the world's second largest oil consumer. Brent crude rose by $1.08, or 1.4%, to settle at $79.65 a barrel. U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude added 86 cents, or 1.2%, to $74.63.
