Shell and Exxon would appeal against lowering Groningen gas production cap
A joint venture between Royal Dutch Shell and Exxon Mobil, known as NAM, would appeal against 10% reduction of natural gas production cap at the Groningen field, imposed by the Dutch government, NAM director Gerald Schotman declared on Wednesday.
