Oil prices slumped on Wednesday, on concerns of increasing trade tensions between two world’s major economies - United States and China. Brent crude tumbled by 6.9% to $73.40 a barrel, following the news that four ports in Libya would ease back in the game. Meanwhile, WTI crude traded 5% lower at $70.38 a barrel.

Daily(11.07.2018): European carbon prices slightly rose on Tuesday, on bullish trend of power prices
Oil prices rose on Tuesday, supported by a higher-than-expected U.S. stock draw and supply worries in Norway and Libya. Brent crude increased by 1% to $78.86 a barrel. WTI crude edged 0.4% higher at $74.11 a barrel, following Mike Pompeo’s comments on exceptional waivers over Iranian sanctions.

Daily(10.07.2018): German day-ahead electricity price surged by almost 61% on Monday, supported by bullish carbon, coal and oil futures
Oil prices increased on Monday, with U.S. crude ending a choppy trade higher on expectations for a Canadian production stoppage lasting until September. Brent crude rose by 1.2% to $78.07 a barrel, due to impending sanctions on Iran and falling output in Libya. WTI crude edged 0.1% higher to end at 73.85 a barrel.

Daily (09.07.2018): WTI Crude Surged by 1.2% on Monday due to a decline in U.S. inventories
Oil prices dipped on Friday, as concerns about trade war between China and U.S. weighed down on demand. Brent crude slipped by 0.4% to $77.11 a barrel, while WTI crude surged by 1.2% to end at $73.80 a barrel.

Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline carried nearly 3B barrels of oil to global markets over 12 years
Carrying Azerbaijan's oil extracted from the Caspian Sea to the international markets, the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) crude oil pipeline, which was dubbed as the energy project of the century at the time, has transferred nearly 3 billion barrels of crude oil from its offshore terminal in Ceyhan since 2006.
