Rosneft is reviewing new partners for the Arctic deal

According to the Rosneft CEO, Eduard Khudainatov, Russia's top crude producer, Rosneft, decided to chose a new partner for the Arctic deal by the end of the year, following an earlier failure to secure the deal with the British giant, BP.

Oil demand up 1.2 million bpd a year to 2016

According to IEA forecasting, the global oil demand will rise by an average of 1.2million barrels per day (bpd) or by 1.3 percent yearly from 2010 to 2016, with a continuous growth coming entirely from non-OECD countries.
