Daily: Oil steady around $120 on Greek optimism and Iran tensions

Crude oil prices traded near $120 per barrel on Friday supported by concerns about potential supply disruptions following conflicts between OPEC producer Iran and the European countries and hopes for the second Greek bailout deal. North Sea Brent fell 6 cents to $120.05 by 10:07 GMT, while U.S. crude traded up 39 cents to $102.70.

U.S. crude oil settled over 99 dollars a barrel on Monday sustained by the shutdown of oil output in South Sudan and worries the OPEC member Iran could soon stop its exports. NYMEX crude for March delivery traded one cents up at 99.57 dollars a barrel by 00:02 GMT.
