Daily (19.04.2019): NBP spot tumbled by 7.5% on Thursday due to weaker demand ahead of Easter holidays

The prospects of a tighter supply due to reduced crude exports from Saudi Arabia coupled with lower oil inventories and fewer active rigs in the U.S. led to a rise in crude oil prices on Thursday. A stronger dollar lent more support to prices. As a result, Brent crude traded 0.5% higher at $71.97 a barrel. In the meantime, WTI futures gained 0.4% to close at $64.00 a barrel.

Daily (02.04.2019): WTI futures traded 2.4% higher on Monday, due to a decline in oil rigs

Crude oil prices inched up on Monday supported by OPEC-led supply cuts and a decline in oil rigs to the lowest level in almost a year. Brent crude rose by 0.9% to $69.01 a barrel, while WTI futures traded 2.4% higher at $61.59 a barrel.

Daily (4.03.2019): WTI crude plunged by 2.5% on Friday, amid declining U.S. manufacturing data

Crude oil prices fell on Friday amidst bearish U.S. manufacturing data that triggered concerns over global energy demand growth. Brent crude fell by 1.5% to 65.07 USD/bbl, while WTI futures plunged by 2.5% to 55.80 USD/bbl.
