EC to hold pilot hydrogen auction in Nov to boost renewables

The European Commission will hold a pilot auction to subsidise renewable hydrogen production on 23 November with the aim of scaling up clean energy deployment and reducing dependence on Russian fossil fuels, it said on Wednesday.
