Daily (01.08.2024) Energy complex moved upwards on Wednesday, driven by tensions in the Middle East

Oil prices rebounded on Wednesday, driven by escalating tensions in the Middle East following the assassination of Hamas's leader by Israel. As a result, Brent crude rose by 2.7%, closing at $80.72 a barrel. Similarly, WTI crude increased by over 4%, settling at $77.91 a barrel.
