Putin bans Russian oil exports to countries that implement price cap

Equinor plans to invest $1.3 billion in Hammerfest LNG upgrade and electrification
Norwegian energy player Equinor and its partners in the Snøhvit project have revealed plans to invest NOK 13.2 billion (around $1.3 billion) in upgrading the Hammerfest LNG (HLNG) plant at Melkøya with onshore gas compression and electrification.

Dutch VTTI to auction LNG capacity rights in early 2023
Dutch energy and chemical storage specialist VTTI will hold an open season early next year to auction off capacity rights to a 5bcm floating LNG terminal it plans to open in the Netherlands in early 2024.
