Total and Pavilion Energy to jointly develop LNG as a Marine Fuel in Singapore
Total and Pavilion Energy, through their subsidiaries Total Marine Fuels Global Solutions and Pavilion Gas, have signed Heads of Agreement (HoA) to jointly develop a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) bunker supply chain in the port of Singapore. The agreement covers the shared long-term time charter of a new generation LNG bunker vessel (LNGBV) to be commissioned by Pavilion Gas by 2020. It also includes an LNG supply arrangement between the two companies enabling Total to deliver LNG bunker to its customers.

US Softens Stance On Countries Buying Iranian Oil
The United States will work with countries importing Iranian oil on a case by case basis to get as many of them as possible “down to zero” by early November, the U.S. State Department said on Thursday, clarifying comments from earlier this week that suggested there wouldn’t be any waivers for Iran’s oil buyers.

Polish gas giant PGNiG signs deal for long-term LNG deliveries from US

Saudi Aramco, Abu Dhabi to build mega refinery in India
Saudi Aramco and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) will build a new $44 billion mega refinery and petrochemicals complex in India's western port city of Ratnagiri, the companies announced Monday.
