Cepsa to delay $3.3 bln hydrogen projects if Spain's windfall tax made permanent

Spain's second-largest oil company Cepsa said on Friday it would delay investments worth 3 billion euros ($3.25 billion) in green hydrogen it had planned in the country's south if a temporary windfall tax on energy firms becomes permanent.
