Daily (15.07.2024): British gas prices increased on Friday, spurred by post-storm assessments and stronger demand
Oil prices decreased on Friday, influenced by weak oil demand in China, despite signs of healthy summer demand in the US. As a result, Brent crude decreased by 0.4% to end at $85.03 a barrel, while WTI crude fell by 0.5% setting at $82.21 a barrel.

France aims to almost double renewables usage by 2030
The plan sets a goal of boosting the renewables share of total energy consumption to 570 TWh, compared with the total 1,381 TWh. By Montel estimates, this should equate to 41% of the total.
