Cube Infrastructure Managers, a German company, is developing a solar platform.

Mid-market infrastructure investor Cube Infrastructure Managers has partnered with German renewable energy developer and operator The Dillinger Group to install 1 GW of solar power capacity throughout Germany and northern Italy over the next five years.
Their new joint venture platform, named CubIKS GmbH, has completed its first closing as part of Cube Infrastructure Managers’ third flagship fund, Cube Infrastructure Fund III, as announced on Thursday.
The joint venture will concentrate on developing ground-mounted installations, rooftop systems on commercial and industrial buildings, and carports. Additionally, the platform will explore hybrid solutions that include battery energy storage.
The Dillinger Group is currently advancing a pipeline of approximately 3 GW of solar, wind, and battery storage projects across Germany, Italy, and Poland, with around 200 MWp already under construction in Germany and Italy.
