U.S. crude oil futures eased on Monday registering early gains on indicated weak manufacturing data in the U.S. from the Institute for Supply Management. NYMEX crude for September delivery traded at 94.89 dollars a barrel, losing 81 cents after trading between 93.42 and 98.60 dollars.

U.S. crude oil futures went up on Thursday in a choppy trading driving up by encouraging job data and uncertainty over the debt in the USA. U.S. crude for September delivery settled at 97.44 dollars a barrel, after a trading range between 96.51 and 98.01 dollars.
