Poland: a coal-fired unit of about $1 billion to be built by Hitachi-led consortium

Hitachi-led consortium won a contract of about 3.25 billion zlotys ($1 billion dollars) from Poland’s main utility group PGE to build a coal-fired unit of a capacity of 430-450 MW, according to a member of the conglomerate.
